This is how they deal with customer and charge more money and takes the benifits of helplessness of customers.

They refused to give me the room.I have stayed at other hotel.they asked me to talk to the customer care of booking.com.they are simply using the site for advertisement.
Major thing I don't like. I booked this hotel after reaching hotel staffs saying we don't give you room in this price.. and they took extra money from me... For example if room rent showing 600₹ they took 1200₹ from me. They have the same dialogue no we can't provide room in this price bla bla bla...... So my request is to please they are frauding so many people I don't know.. please take action against this kind of things.. please
